Proposals, from qualified firms, will be received by the MetroLink Department of the Bi-State Development Agency of the Missouri-Illinois Metropolitan District for the provision of an Energy Management System. Proposals shall include descriptions of the interested parties' approach to evaluation of customer facilities and any associated cost; approach to energy management system design, implementation, and management; technical, implementation, maintenance, and other support equipment, service and other warranties. Each proposal shall be made in accordance with certain specifications as outlined in Request for Proposal 2043.
