This solicitation is for services necessary for the final treatment and disposal of hazardous property at the United States Air Force Academy. Disposal must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and the terms and conditions of the contract. Successful offeror shall also provide all services, including additional required waste analysis, labpacking or overpacking, treatment or stabilization necessary to process waste for final treatment and disposal. The offeror selected is guaranteed a minimum of $20,000.00 for the services. As projects are identified, delivery orders will be issued. The contract will be for a basic year plus one option year. Performance period is 01 May 1995 - 30 April 1996.
