The Visual and Technical Information Branch, Customer Services and Operations Division, Information Management Department, Corporate Operations Group of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD has a requirement for Technical and Administrative support. The Branch provides video teleconferencing, graphic arts, technical publications, television broadcasting and audiovisual production services. This is a follow on effort to contract N00421-93-C-0080 which was solicited and awarded as a competitive Small Disadvantaged Business Set Aside. This action will be a 100% SMALL DISADVANTAGED BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The period of performance will be a base year plus four one year options and a fifth option period for a total of five years (60 Months). A list of the types of personnel and an estimated level of effort for the five year period are listed as follows: (a) Audiovisual Production Specialist, 20,000 hours; (b)Audiovisual Production Assistant, 38,500 hours; (c) Audiovisual Systems Technician, 20,500 hours; (d) Video Teleconferencing Production Assistant, 58,500 hours; (e) Technical Data Specialist, 28,500 hours; (f) Writer/Editor, 28,500 hours; (g) Illustrator, 58,500 hours; (h) Administrative Assistant, 28,500 hours and (i) Clerk/Typist, 40,000 hours. The cumulative estimated total Level of Effort is 321,500 hours. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this effort is 7819.
