Western Area Power Administration (Western) of the Department of Energy is proposing to negotiate a fixed price, three month, technical support services contract with only one source, PLM Technologies, Inc., under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, for its Sacramento and Phoenix Area Offices. This service will include on-site electrical engineering and engineering technician tasks in support of power system maintenance in Sacramento and in support of the Mean-Phoenix Project in Phoenix. The period of performance is from March 1, 1995 through May 31, 1995 with an estimated total of 2680 direct productive labor hours (DPLH). All responsive sources may respond to the synopsis and all such responses will be fully considered. No solicitation document is available at this time; therefore, all proposals submitted must contain sufficient technical data to demonstrate the respondent's capability to meet the requirements.
