The management support services information requested includes existing centralized systems for providing efficient and effective ordering, distribution, tracking, physical storage, inventory, and disposal of chemicals in a medical science laboratory environment. Firms wishing to provide information are invited to respond through a written submission of not more than 10 pages which contains the following information relative to any known systems: 1) a brief description of the Services available; 2) location(s) and condition(s) in which services are now performed; 3) name, address and telephone number of the customer using the services; 4) name, address and telephone number of individual(s) whom the Government may contact for additional information; 5) cost information regarding development, implementation and operation of the system. Information received is to be utilized for planning purposes only. No solicitation is planned. This is not a request for proposals.
