S -- LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE SOL 1425-5-SP-10-13700 DUE 030795 POC Contact Becky Young, 208/378-5103/Contracting Officer, Edie Stansbury, 208/378-5107 The Snake River Area Office - West, Idaho, has a requirement for landscape maintenance services at their Black Canyon Dam Area (Black Canyon Parks). Black Canyon Dam is located adjacent to Highway 52, approximately 8 miles northeast of Emmett, Idaho. This requirement includes 4 day use parks and one campground. The work shall consist of maintaining lawns, shrubs, and trees in developed and partially developed areas; operation, maintenance, and repair of irrigation systems; and herbicide and insecticide spraying. All equipment and supplies will be furnished by the Contractor. All sources requesting a copy of this solicitation shall do so in writing. Telephone requests will not be accepted. All sources responding to this synopsis shall submit information relating to business status, including identification as to whether small, large, minority-owned, and/or women-owned. This acquisition shall be small business set-aside and labor surplus area set- aside. The size standard is 3.5 million dollars of annual receipts averaged over a three year period and the standard industrial classification code is 0782.
