Furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation and performing all work required to install and service odor elimination system Arsenal wide. Quantity required is 210 odor elimination systems. These systems are to be installed in 45 buildings located on Pine Bluff Arsenal. The contractor shall install the odor elimination units and provide monthly service where the contractor shall refill all appliances and all odor counteractant, as well as maintain each unit. The proposed contract period of performance is 12 months (base year) plus four (2) 12 month options. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
