The fire sprinkler system work includes installation of a complete automatic wet pipe fire sprinkler piping system, control valves, flow switches, alarm panels, Fire Department Connections to meet requirements of NAPA 13 and incidental related work. The heating and ventilating and exhaust systems work includes removal of existing steam radiators, heaters and associated piping, removal of abandoned chiller, air handling units, fans and duct work and installation of new steam to hot water convector (heat exchanger) with associated pumps, piping and accessories, installation of new heating and ventilating units complete with ductwork, diffusers, controls, piping and accessories, installation of exhaust fans complete with associated ductwork and accessories and providing electrical power to new heating and ventilating systems and exhaust system. A firm fixed-price contract is anticipated. The requirement is estimated between $1.0 million and $5.0 million. The small business size standard applicable to this contract duration period is 1799 and the annual size standard is 7.0 million. Contract duration period is applroximately 270 calendar days.
