The work to be performed under this project involves construction services for improvements to the ventilation system in two dormitory buildings; provisions for a make up air system for the kitchen hood exhaust system; providing ducted return air to an existing air handling unit; the installation of a rest- room in building no. 20; plumbing; carpentry, and tie-ins to water and sanitary mains at the Kittrell Job Corps Center in Kittrell, North Carolina. The estimated cost range for construction is between $25,000 to $100,000. Plans and specifications will be available on January 20, 1995, ONLY from the office of the Architect/Engineer, Brockwell Associates, Inc., 1911 Hillandale Road, Suite 1050, Durham, North Carolina 27705.
