Scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of a one-story masonry, steel and concrete addition to the existing Organizational Maintenance Shop, interior renovations of the existing building, grading, asphalt and concrete paving, vehicle wash platform, oil grit separator, site utilities, stormwater management, and all mechanical, plumbing, HVAC and electrial construction. The project is located at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Edgewood Area. The project start date is on/around 25 April 1995. The performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. The estimated magnitude of consrruction is between $250,000 and $500,000. This procurement is unrestricted under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. One complete bid package to include one full set of drawings and specifications, will be furnished upon request with payment of non-refundable charge of $30.00.
