Thermal Cycler with accessories 1 each. The following are the
requirements of the Thermal Cycler: 1. The Thermal Cycler shall run up
to 192 samples using the 16 x 12 microplate format. 2. The instrument
shall run four quadrants (4 plates each) with different heating and
cooling profiles. 3. The instrument shall store and recall predefined
profiles. 4. Actual temperature profiles shall be recorded and shall be
available on demand. 5. The instrument shall utilize a hot press to
seal polycarbonate microtiter plates with a plastic film. 6. The system
shall be compatible with either 96 well or 192 well plates. 7. Shall be
designed to prevent condensation from forming inside the wells of the
microtiter. 8. The system shall have a lid that is designed with four
independently controlled temperature zones. Open date on or about
