The contractor will be required to design, develop, fabricate, assemble, integrate, test, checkout, and deliver the system. The contractor will provide system support for one year following acceptance of the system. The I&GTC effort consists of three (3) Phases. Phase III will consist of I&GTC support services for a period of one year after the completion of Phase II. The Government intends to one or more awards for Phase I of the I&GTC effort with a downselection to one offeror at the completion of Phase I. Only one offeror will be chosen to perform Phase II and Phase III of this acquisition.
