The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for bottled water services and materials to include bottles of water, dispensers, cup dispensers and cone cups. There are approximately one hundred (100) locations at NRL for this requirement. The Government anticipates an Indefinite Quantity type contract with a 5-year period of performance.
