Unsolicited Proposal from Advanced Propulsion Incorporated. This
company has offered NASA a new concept for very low cost turbine engine
fans. They will prepare for NASA a deferred and analytically validated
methodology for building such fans. Since the proposal has already
been received, no solicitation is being developed. Pursuant to FAR
15.506, copies of Advanced Propulsion Incorporated Proposal are not
available from the Government. It is anticipated that no Government
furnished property will be provided under any Contract resulting from
this proposal; however, access to a Government computer may be
provided. Estimated period of performance is 6 months. This notice is
for information only. Justification to permit contracting with Advanced
Propulsion Incorporated has been prepared using citation 10 USC 2304
