Concerns having the ability to provide Community Corrections Center services for male Federal offenders within the Eau Claire, Wisconsin area are requested to give written notification (including telephone number and a point of contact) to the contracting office listed in this notice. Services required include care, custody, control, accountability and treatment, furnishing of subsistence and medical services, except the expense of hospital, surgical, prescription, and dental treatment. The services described shall be in accordance with the Bureau of Prisons' Statement of Work. RFP issue date is February 13, 1995 and estimated closing date is April 12, 1995. Contract base period is 2 years, with three one-year options to renew. Estimated total number of mandays for the base period is 2,920 and 1,460 mandays for the first, second, and third option years, respectively. A requirements contract is anticipated.
