Work consists of providing all personnel, materials, tools, and equipment for installation of telephone extension lines and complete repairs, including replacement of interior telephone wire and telephone jacks when required. Award of this solicitation is anticipated to be made to Sprint/Centel since they have the responsibility for repair of the telephone system up to the quarters. In order to prevent delays in repairs, confusion, and possibly service charges for site visits to determine that problems with the telephone service are within the interior wiring rather than with the exterior equipment, Sprint/Centel is the only responsible source who can meet our requirement. However, other interested sources may obtain a copy of the solicitation if their request is received in writing. The SIC code is 4813 and the small business size standard is 1500.
