Weeds and grass shall be removed before installation of the pine straw. Weeds and grass shall be removed from the juniper beds at the entrances as identified in Section J. These trees and beds are located in the Family Housing Areas of the Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Firm fixed price contract to be awarded for a period of one year commencing 15 days after award. The Government may extend the term of the contract for an additional period of one to twelve months, not to exceed 60 months. Plans and specs will be available on or about 14 February 1995 until supply is exhausted. No deposit required. The proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside, the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates, having an average annual sale or receipts for its preceding three fiscal years not in excess of $5,000,000.00 (0018)
