Beckett, 210-671-1700 CNT F41636-95-R0075 Non-personal services to provide (1) Management and operation of approximately 11 dining facilities and a pastry kitchen, and (2) Receipt, storage, handling, processing, cooking, packaging and disposal of food at various locations on Lackland AFB and Lackland Training Annex. Most food will be served ''cafeteria style'' with service to include clearing tables in some facilities, and the serving of short order and snack type meals when required. All food, equipment, and facilities will be furnished by the Government. A fixed-price award-fee contract with a period of performance of 01 Oct 95 through 30 Sep 96 to include a provision for four option years is anticipated. This acquisition will be 100% set aside for small business. The small business size standard is $15.0 million.
