Provide design and construction (Design-Build) services to repair aperture doors on building 714 at Dover Air Force Base Delaware. The work will consist essentially of, but not limited to conducting necessary investigations and analyses, surveys, and fact finding required to obtain or establish the parameters and basis for the design, modification, and construction for new hangar door seals at facility 714. Design work will be accomplished by registered professional engineers and architects. Develop simplified drawings and provide material submittals required to construct hangar door seals. Perform construction immediately following award of contract. Contract performance period is 180 days. Magnitude of project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1541.
