The repair will consist of the replacement of two existing CFC chillers with two non-CFC chillers, the replacement of the existing cooling tower with a new cooling tower, and the installation of an ice making thermal energy storage system. Much of the project work is seasonal. Air conditioning must be maintained during the entire cooling system.
