The closing date for receipt of proposals for Solicitation No. 52-SPNA-4-00004 has been postponed until further notice. The reason for this delay is that the Government is in the process of amending this solicitation to reflect the addition of an option to provide a build to lease long term arrangement of the vessel(s). Since the addition of this option will constitute a significant revision to the existing RFP, and in order to enhance competition, NOAA will publish a synopsis of the revised requirement in the CBD at least 15 days before the release of the amendment. The synopsis will allow new sources to request a complete copy of the RFP. OFFERORS WHICH HAVE PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED THE ORIGINAL RFP, INCLUSIVE OF AMENDMENTS 0001 AND 0002, WILL AUTOMATICALLY RECEIVE THE NEXT AMENDMENT.
