Purchase and installation services for a baggage conveyor system for the Air passenger terminal at Incirlik AFB, Turkey. System consists of a slider bed takeaway baggage conveyor behind the passenger service counter, mating to a powered removable slider bed conveyor section. Removable conveyor section in turn mates to a crescent plate inbound/outbound baggage conveyor which will project outside the terminal via two wall openings for baggage load/unload. Turkish Government clearance requirements for people, tools, and equipment apply. An Ombudsman has been established for this acquisition. The ONLY purpose of the Ombudsman is to receive and communicate serious concerns from potential offerors when an offeror prefers not to use established channels to communicate his/her concern during the proposed development phase of this acquisition.
