66 -- INSTRUMENTS AND LABORATORY EQUIPMENT SOL 626-35-95 DUE 031095 POC Contact Point, Jack Oakes, (615)327-5311, Contracting Officer, Thelma Hale, (615)327-5310 This is a notice of intent to negotiate a contract for the purchase of (1) Macintosh Computer based Molecular Imaging System to include at a minimum Phosphor Analyst/Macintosh software, sample exposure module, screen eraser, imaging screen casette-BI, image porcessing board, and SCSI interface cable; (2) Macintosh based Imaging Densitometer to include at a minimum Macintosh image analysis software, Macintosh Interface Cable, and BPIB board; (3) A complete Macintosh Based computer system with a minimum of 32mb RAM, 500mb hard drive, mouse, 17'' color monitor, extended keyboard, PowerPC 601/80MHz and a Laser Printer shall be included. This system should have capability of detecting ionizing radiation from isotopes and photons from chemiluminescent labeled experiments. All essential characteristics will be outlined in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
