Agency, Warm Springs, Oregon has a requirement to purchase Magnesium
Chloride (MgCL) brine (Estimated quantity 750 tons) to be used in the
suppression and control of dust associated with dirt roads,
construction sites, unpaved parking lots, mines and gravel quarries.
The contractor is required to delivery (MgCL)/analysis range 32-35% FOB
to the Bureau of Indian Affairs, Warm Springs Agency, Industrial Park,
Branch of Roads Holding Tank, Warm Springs, OR. Deliveries shall be
made upon request of the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Deliveries shall be made in increments not to exceed 6,000 gallons.
Deliveries shall be the shortest haul possible to eliminate delays and
possible demurrage costs. If you would like to request a copy of the

93-638, (USC) and 41 CFR 14-1.354 require that preference opportunities
in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaska Native individuals
and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to
Indian/Alaska Native economic enterprises. Failure by the contractor to
submit a plan for doing so prior to award and implement same after the
award shall be sufficient reason for non-award or termination of
contract for default. An Indian Alaska Native enterprise need only be
51 percent Indian/Alaska Native owned to qualify for subcontract
