The Training Systems Product Group at ASC (ASC/YW) will shortly be releasing a Draft RFP and conducting a bidders briefing for the C130H2 ATS. Refer to CBD issue 8/2/1994, category 69, Synopsis of Sources Sought for program description. The current program strategy is to acquire an ATS for C130H2 training with an option to purchase C130H3 WST to be located at the AFRES Eastern Regional Training Center at Dobbins AFB, GA. A file section has been established on the Preaward Information Exchange System (PIXS) electronic Bulletin Board at WPAFB, OH. The PIXS is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Access is through a modem, 513-476-7217 or through Telnet 129.48.120.143. Modem software parameters for calling is 8 data, 1 stop bits, and no parity. If your have any problems with the PIXS system, call 513-255-2739. It is programmed to release pre DRFP (SRD/SOW) information, DRFP, and RFP using the PIXS.
