Philadelphia, intends to procure APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE TO RUN IN SCO UNIX AND MICROSOFT DOS OPERATING SYSTEM ENVIROMENT ON AN INTEL 80486, 33 MHz WORKSTATION. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate on an other than full and open competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 with JYACC, Inc. JYACC's JAM DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE is the only solution for this acquisition since it the only product line that can complete Software Applications already started with JAM Development Tools. All responsible sources may submit concise documentation as to ability to supply the required software as well as financial and technical information which shall be considered by the FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia. If no affirmative written responses advantageous to the Navy are received within fifteen (15) calendar days after publication of this notice, a request for quotation will be issued to JYACC, Inc. NOTE, NO CONTRACT AWARD WILL BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF INFORMATION RECEIVED TO THIS NOTICE. Further, the Navy WILL NOT PAY for any information provided.
