A -- DEVELOPMENT AND IN-SERVICE AIRCREW LIFE SUPPORT SYSTEMS SOL N62269-95-R-0048 DUE 020695 POC Point of Contact: Purchase Service Section, Code 84573, Ms. Fran Johnson, (215) 441-2683 This revision is issued to amend the previous synopsis for this effort. The Naval Air Warfare Center intends to procure services and materials necessary for the support encompassing a wide variety of programs for Development and In-Service Aircrew Life Support Systems (ALSS). These efforts will be directly linked to the Navy's efforts to enhance mission performance, safety, reliability, maintainability, and logistics support for current Tactical Aircraft and Rotary Wing systems. These efforts are also intended to ensure items currently under development, and current and planned configuration changes are compatible with ALSS currently in service. An estimated 31,400 man hours are required per each year for a period of performance of one base year with an additional (4) one year options. The site for performance is currently scheduled to be NAWC/AD Warminster,PA. However it is anticipated the effort shall be transitioned to NAWC/AD Patuxent River, MD. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. See note #1 (0019)
