A -- OPEN SKIES MANAGEMENT AND PLANNING SYSTEM (OSMAPS) PROGRAM MODIFICATION-DATA ANNOTATION, RECORDING, AND MAPPING SYSTEM (DARMS) POC Donyale DeShazo, Negotiator, (703) 325-0847, Edward Archer, Contracting Officer, (703) 325-5028. This effort is intended to develop a critical ground-based test component for the DARMS and software for all OSMAP systems. The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) plans to award a sole source contract modification to Northrop Grumman under DNA contract DNA001-92-C-0029. DNA believes that Northrop Grumman is the only source possessing the existing RDT&E expertise to meet this specific requirement within the time required by DNA and available funding. Any other firm desiring consideration must fully identify its capability to perform this requirement.
