Services Non-Personal: To provide all labor, tools, materials, parts and transportation necessary to provide maintenance, repairs, adjustments and or replacement necessary for maintenance and testing of Central Heat Plant Control Systems located at Hanscom AFB, for a Basic year and 4 option years. Work includes, but is not limited to, servicing the Central Heat Plant on a quarterly basis. Two boilers and one-half of the Master Controls will be serviced on each visit, thereby servicing all controls twice a year, adjust and calibrate burner management system on two (2) boilers for oil and gas, adjust one-half of the annunciator alarms on the plant master panel, calibrate one (1) smoke monitor, calibrate plant master recorder and two (2) boiler recorders, calibrate two (2) boilers and one-half of the master control panel tansmitter including the pressure, flow, and temperature transmitters plus oxygen analyzers, adjust stroke control valves and damper drives on two (2) boilers and one-half of the plant master system, check operation of six (6) BBC 3380 digital controllers, check operation of two (2) IBM network monitors and two (2) printers, (1 alarm - 1 log) as well as correct malfunctions in all IBM and Texas Instruments network hardware and software, calibrate combustion on two (2) boilers for oil and gas at five (5) load points 0%, 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% firing rate, calibrate level transmitters and correct any problems on any of the boilers and plant master panel that may have arisen since last scheduled maintenance.
