R -- DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP), ONE-ON-ONE DISCUSSIONS FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING AND BASE MAINTENANCE SERVICES Contract SSgt Chris Vaccarella, Contract Negotiator, or LaVerne G. This notice issued to invite all interested parties to participate in draft RFP, one-on-one discussions for the forthcoming civil engineering services requirement for Onizuka Air Station, Sunnyvale CA; OAS Annexes 1, 2, and 3, Mountain View CA; Air Force permitted facilities on Moffett Federal Airfield; and Camp Parks Communication Annex, Pleasanton CA. The one-on-on discussions are being offerrd to involve industry in the formulation of the Air Force's RFP for the proposed civil engineering services requirement. One-on-one discussions will be in the form of face-to-face discussions or questions and answer. These disucssions will allor industry technical represenatives the opportunity to examine the RFP and provide comments and suggestions to assist the Air Force in drafting this document. Any interested party wishing to participate in the one-on-one discussion, should write to the 750 LSS/LGC, Onizuka Air Station, 1080 Lockheed Way, Box 039, Sunnyvale CA 94089-1234, for a copy of the RFP and to schedule the discussions. All requests for one-on-one discussions must be received no later than 15 calendar days after publication of this notice, to be considered for one-on-one discussions participation. One-on-one meetings will be scheduled based on a drawing by lot limited only to requesting offerors, rescheduling one-on-one sessions will not be allowed. All concerned offerors will be notified in writing of their scheduled appointment. A written copy of potential questions and concerns must be furnished to the contracting officer no later than 10 calendar days before the scheduled discussions appointment.
