7TH ANNUAL HIGH-TECH SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROCUREMENT CONFERENCE The Jet Propulsion Laboratory/Caltech (JPL/Caltech), operating under a prime contract with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), is presenting a two-day conference on March 7 and 8, 1995 to be held at the Hyatt Hotel-Los Angeles Airport. The Jet Propulsion Laboratory and the Small Business Administration are co-sponsors of this annual event. Approximately 100 Government contractors, federal agencies, and other large procuring organizations are committed to ensure contracting/subcontracting opportunities for small, minority, and women-owned businesses in the high-tech industry.
