for the acquisition of Initial, Recurrent, and Supplementary ground
school, flight, and simulator training applicable to the Fokker F-100
aircraft. Estimated Annual Requirement (EAR) for Initial training is
two (2) each and EAR for Recurrent is four (4) each with Supplemental
training on an ''as needed'' basis. Delivery/Training schedules will be
coordinated between the requiring organization and the resulting
contract awardee. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8299.
The FAA anticipates award of an Indefinite Delivery/Requirements
contract with firm-fixed-pricing for a base year and two (2) renewable
1-year options. Therefore, the resulting contract will contain FAR
52.217-8, Option to Extend Services, and FAR 52.217-9, Option to Extend

Department of Transportation (DOT) Office of Small and Disadvantaged
Business Utilization has programs to assist minority, women-owned and
disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire short-term working
capital and bonding assistance for transportation-related contacts.
Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at
prime interest rates up to $500,000 per contract to provide accounts
receivable financing. The DOT Bonding Assistance Program enables firms
to apply for bid, performance and payment bonds up to $500,000 per
contract. DOT provides an 80 percent guaranty on the bond amount to a
