Estimated quantity of room days to be established in the solicitation when issued. The location of the hotel/motel to both facilities shall not exceed eight (8) miles. Mileage is based on using the main vehicular routes travelled one way to the main entrance of the Submarine Base and the Naval Station. The minimum size of each room is 300 square feet. Services are for the period 01 April 1995 through 30 June 1995 with an option provision for an additional three (3) months. A requirements type contract is anticipated.
