This project shall include but shall not be limited to the following: Remove existing built-up roofing and construct new wood-framed sloped roof with standing-seam metal roofing. Install new exterior doors and thermal-insulated windows. Fill in unused openings with concrete masonry and install quarry title at existing balconies and entries. Renovate tweleve (12) living quarters. Fur out new interior gypsum board walls and ceilings with new interior doors. Install new carpets, install new bathroom fixtures and ceramic tile. Install new kitchen cabinets and appliances. One of the units shall be handicapped-accessible. Install individual HVAC system for each unit, oonstruct new utilities building and install new plantings and walkways. 1 Job. Issue date O/A 17 Feb 95. Bid Opening Date O/A 17 Mar 95.
