14 -- OPERATE BSR FOR HARM COMPONENTS, PSE, AND GOVERNMENT MATERIALS POC Contact, Tania Butler, Phone (703)604-6100 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue an order under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement with Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI), P.O. Box 405, m/s 3415, Lewisville, Texas 75067-0405. The order will procure logistics support services (Bonded Storage Room Operations) for the High Anti-Radiation Missile (HARM) components, Peculiar Support Equipment, and other Government materials required for the HARM support program. TI is the only designer, developer, and sole producer of the HARM weapon system and the only known firm possessing the knowledge and intimate familiarity of the HARM system to meet this requirement.
