SOL DAKF24-95-B-0016 DUE 040395 POC Contract Specialist, HARRY GLUS, (318) 531-2356 Provide all materials, equipment, start-up supervision, technical documentation, schematics and blueprints necessary for erection, installation & operation by Fort Polk personnel of one BLAST ROOM ENCLOSURE. The following is a list of MAJOR COMPONENTS that are required for this system: one blast room enclosure, one media recovery floor system, one media cleaning and classification system, two pressure blast equipment, two operator safety equipment, one dust collection system, one electrical control panel. The Blast Room Enclosure will be specially ventilated and illuminated for enclosed abrasive blasting, fully sealed, dust tight, all steel structure, prefabricated for simple bolt-together erection. The system will be designed in accordance with ASME Section VIII, Division 1 requirements for unfired pressured vessels. This is a 100% small business set aside. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be honored. Requests for solicitation must be in writing. Taxpayer ID, CEC number, CAGE Code and business size should also be submitted.
