Muse Walter Reed Army Medical Center intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis with International Remote Imaging Systems (IRIS), 9162 Eton Avenue, Chatsworth, CA 91311. These Reagents and Controls shall be compatible with the Government owned Yellow IRIS Urinalysis Workstation Model No. 450 manufactured by IRIS. The use of IRIS' Reagents and Controls will allow to have more accurate monitoring of patient's results and an internal monitoring of quality control. This contract will be for the period of one year plus five option years. All essential characteristics will be outlined in the solicitation.
