325-1200. The analysis of High Value Fixed Targets contract effort will
include but not be limited to providing calculational support to the
Conventional Weapons Effects (CWE) program. This procurement will
develop and validate ''first principal'' computer codes such as finite
element or finite difference codes to response of and damage to high
value fixed targets attacked by modern conventional weapons such as
precision guided munitions. Contractor personnel will need a DOD
security level of SECRET. Contemplated period of performance is
forty-eight (48) months. The Defense Nuclear Agency (DNA) plans to make
multiple awards under this procurement. One award will be unrestricted
and the other will be 100 per cent set aside for small businesses.

which shall be considered. All requests for copies of the solicitation
