A -- A -- DEVELOPMENT, INTEGRATION, AND SUPPORT OF ATWCS PHASE 2 SOFTWARE BUILD POC Contact, Daryl Shall, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to negotiate a Cost Plus Incentive Fee modification of NAVAIR Contract N00019-93-C-0153 with Lockheed Missiles and Space Company, Inc., Lockheed Austin Division (LAD), 6800 Burleson Road, Austin, Texas 78744-1016 for the development of Advanced TOMAHAWK Weapon Control System (ATWCS) Track Control Group (TCG) Phase 2 Software Build to support IOC. The development will include all tasks necessary to prototype, analyze, code, integrate, test, document, demonstrate, deliver and maintain all capabilities of the TOMAHAWK Weapon Control System (TWCS) TCG Block III Phase 3 operations. The period of performance will be approximately 28 months. Per the authority of Title 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1), this acquisition is limited to LAD based on the ''only one responsible source'' exemption to full and open competition as set forth under FAR 6.302-1.
