(703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure FY95
(including FY96 and FY97 options) technical investigations and
integration analysis for the TOMAHAWK All-Up-Round Cruise Missile,
including the air vehicle, associated guidance systems, and operational
flight software (OFS). The specific systems to be supported are the
TOMAHAWK weapon system, Block IV TOMAHAWK Baseline Improvement Program
(TBIP), and major OFS upgrades to the TOMAHAWK Anti-Ship and Land
Attack Missiles. NAVAIR intends to procure these efforts via Full and
Open Competition as part of an amendment to Solicitation No.
N00019-93-R-0063. As this work represents high technology applications
within the TOMAHAWK weapons system and requires the skills of
engineers and scientists of known competence, the Contractor's
personnel must have substantial academic achievements and extensive
experience in relevant technical disciplines. Contractor personnel
performing this effort must also possess secret compartmentalized
information (SCI) clearance in order to be considered responsive. No
