Provide personnel, equipment, labor, supplies, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary to print and distribute a weekly Civilian Enterprise (CE) Newspaper (Title: The Wheel) for Fort Eustis, Virginia. As part of the proposal, each firm will submit a sample copy of a similar newspaper recently completed. A decision to award shall be based on the outcome of sample comparison, as well as other factors. The published material shall be at no cost to the Government. The publisher shall look solely to advertising revenue to fund the cost of the publication. It will be published weekly, 10,000 copies per week, 50 weeks per year. The contract will be for a period of one year, with four annual renewal options (a possible total of five years for the contract). This procurement is unrestricted.
