Service (IRS) has a requirement to secure a small business contractor
to develop and conduct a one (1) day course, on employee performance
evaluations. The successful contractor will be required to provide
training to the IRS' entry-level managers. Mid-Level or top-level
managers may also attend. The course shall enhance a manager's ability
to communicate productively and affectively in performance appraisal
discussions. The contractor must be able to provide continuing
education credit for course completion and provide participants with
appropriate documentation. The training is to be conducted at various
sites thoughout the contiguous United States. Possible cities are
Washington, DC, Atlanta, GA, Philadelphia, PA, Cincinnati, OH, New
York, NY, Dallas, TX, Fresno CA, and Chicago, IL. The contract period
of performance will be from date of award through September 30, 1995
(FY 95), with two options years (FY 96 and FY 97). Eight (8) training
workshops are estimated for each fiscal year (FY 95, FY 96 and FY 97).
The option years will be evaluated at the time of evaluation of offers
for the initial period of performance. All responsible small business
sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency.
