Provide contractor services including but not limited to labor, material and equipment to remove existing transformer, switchgear and two motor control centers. Provide and install two transformers, double ended switchgear, one motor control center and power distribution panels. Additional work includes providing and installing concrete equipment pads as the Base Bid scope of work. Option 1: replace 2500 AMP bus duct with 800 AMP feeders; Option 2: remove abandoned conduit and receptacles; Option 3: remove conduit and wire and install tray cables; Option 4: replace four (4) fan starters; Option 5: replace seventeen (17) light fixtures. The basis of award will be the low responsive bid from a responsible bidder for a combination of the Base Bid plus Option 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, if any options are selected for contract inclusion. The contract shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications and all other documents included in the bid package. A one time only site inspection will be conducted on January 26, 1995, no bid packages will be issued after the site inspection. The estimate for this project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 (020)
