To provide highly experienced auctioneering services to the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) in connection with the sales of HUD-owned single family properties. The primary objectives of this contract are to ensure that: (1) Prospective purchasers are made aware of properties HUD has designated for auction and tht clear instructions for participating in the auction are made available on a timely basis to interested parties., (2) The auction(s) are conducted in a highly provessional manner and in an environment conducive to successful auction sales., (3) The sales of properties designated for auction produce the highest obtainable prices; and (4) The sales of auctioned properties close within the earliest possible time. The work will be performed in Hud locations nationwide. This solicitation will be available on or or about 2/7/95.
