Replace the roof at the VORTAC facility in Bemidji, MN consists of but is not limited to: removing existing metal tern-plate roof, plywood fiberglass insulation, shelter, and azimuth brackets. Install new single-ply membrane roofing system and insulation over steel deck. Overhang of building is to be covered with white soffit and hardware. Reinstall the 16 azimuth brackets, shelter, conduits and support and miscellaneous work as described in the drawings and specifications. The estimated bidding range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
