DYNCorp Information and Engineering Technology Division (I&ET), under contract to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), intends to subcontract the turnkey installation and support of an NEC NEAX2400 MMG-ICS PBX configured for 2000 ports for the EPA Region VI offices located in Dallas, TX. DYNCorp anticipates a March 1995 award of a Firm-Fixed Price contract for these supplies and services. The anticipated IFB issue date is February 6, 1995. All offerors must be authorized NEC distributors with personnel certified on the system being supplied and installed. Attendance at a pre-bid conference on-site in Dallas will be required. All details, specifications and terms and conditions will be provided in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered.
