DynCorp Information and Engineering Technology Division (I&ET), under contract to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), intends to subcontract the provision, installation, integration, testing, and documentation of an OCTEL Voice Processing System (VPS) for the EPA Environmental Research Laboratory (ERL) located in Gulf Breeze, FL. The OCTEL system purchased will be equipped to accommodate approximately 180 voice mail users, and provide features such as fax processing, networking to other EPA regions/sites, automated attendant, enhanced call processing, and will integrate with a NEC NEAX2400 PBX (RS-232).
