Lynch and Associates, Pass Christian, Mississippi to procure 6 each ISCO Model 4230 Bubbler Flow Meters and ancillary items. Delivery for all equipment is expected 60 days after contract award. All items shall be delivered to the U.S. Geological Survey, Jackson, Mississippi. Based on the information available at this time, the Government considers this to be a sole source procurement and proposes to negotiate a contract with C.C. Lynch and Associates. Firms who believe they can provide the above are invited to submit an affirmative response within 45 days of the publication date of this notice. All responses will be considered. The responses will be evaluated on the ability to meet required specifications. Specifications are available upon request.
