The Marine Corps Logistics Base, Albany, GA on behalf of the Defense Manpower Data Center, Monterey, California, intends to award a contract for an unrestricted requirement entitled ''Manpower, Personnel and Training Analyses''. The work to be performed under this procurement will provide DMDC the necessary analytic and research support to conduct evaluations, research and studies related to DoD personnel selection and classification testing systems, the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB), statistical analyses of aptitude scores, development of statistical models, and troubleshooting of software systems, that store and retain statistical information of aptitude and interest inventory test item information for the CAT-ASVAB. Studies and analytic work effort will also be required for the design and implementation of the systems to store and retrieve military and applicant examinee programs, policies, force readiness and financial and workload studies.
