Gaston, 208/378-5106 The Pacific Northwest Regional Office of the Bureau of Reclamation intends to enter into a sole-source service contract with Mr. Lynn Isaacson, a former employee of Reclamation. Mr. Isaacson is a civil engineer who was involved in a contract as part of Reclamation's construction management team that monitored, inspected, and accepted work at the Oroville-Tonasket Project, Washington. That work has resulted in some significant issues which have yet to be resolved. Mr. Isaacson was continuously involved in the work and is the only known individual possessing first-hand technical knowledge of all phases of this work. Mr. Isaacson will be advising Reclamation during resolution of the outstanding issues. See Numbered Note 22. (0023)
